I have been a little been fascinated by the whole food truck craze and was desperate to stumble across one while I was in NYC - and stumble I did. What a find. At first glance the price seemed a bit steep at $15 a pop but Luke's Lobster rolls (buttery, lightly toasted, soft n fluffy brioche brushed with melted, slightly browned butter) are brimming with chunks of incredible Main lobster and you would be looking at about $50-60 if you were to deconstruct it and put it on a plate in a flash restaurant -where it would well and truly still be devoured with a certain intensity. Oh my god - if you find this little beauty - pounce! Those rolls are rockin'.
